Pricing and Memberships Explained in Southeast FL
Our base price per visit is $150 per adjustment with a $100 destination fee to travel to you. Non-members pay $250 for each mobile unit visit. There are two other tiers of pricing that we offer based on the purchase of our membership packages.
Carswell Mobile Membership:
- Membership Package: 4 Adjustments per month for $600
- WAIVED DESTINATION FEE!
After purchasing our package for 4 adjustments per month for $600, we will waive our destination fee for each of your 4 visits. With the Carswell Mobile Membership, service will be only $150 per visit.
Carswell Corporate/Group Pricing:
- Must have a minimum of 10 patients per mobile unit visit.
- $45 adjustment per patient
- WAIVED DESTINATION FEE!
We offer a package to visit your corporation or group on location with our mobile unit. To qualify for our Carswell Corporate pricing, you must have a minimum of 10 patients receive care on location. Each patient will receive an adjustment for $45, and we will waive our $100 destination fee.
